I started using Bluebeam as a PM in 2015. Found it to be an industry leader providing a great software, and worth the money as it was better than adobe. Now as an executive, i encourage all of our staff to use BB. We're a midsize firm with 37 perpetual licenses. BB no longer offers this option, and is requiring a yearly subscription model after being acquired by the Nametscheck company. BB/Name is now listing subscriptions from $240-400/user/year.
