False advertising. Pricing is inconsistent between their various signs (outdoor, indoor, and online). I should have read the reviews on yelp and google beforehand as it looks like this has been a problem for other customers.
I came here on a recommendation from a friend. I had a different therapist but Jason was great and ive been going back since. He's helped immensely with shoulder pain, overall pain from long hours at the computer and workouts. Im grateful for his contribution to my overall health and well being
The massage was ok, but the promotional price was a lie. Attached below is the promotional price on their website, and I showed the man when I walked into the appointment the promotional price of $45/hr. He looked at the screen on my phone for a long time, and then said ok. Also, note their sign on the street says $44.99/hr massage. I went in today for a head spa appointment. My hair was brushed and ready to go I was excited because I’ve been wanting to do one of these for a few months now. The lady was scrubbing very hard during the whole appointment and at the end multiple people come in and are gathering around me so I’m wondering why and it turns out the whole back of my head is in a big knot. She answered the phone with a bad attitude and did not respond when I greeted her. She hung up on me while I was inquiring about prices and services. Not professional at all.
