Stay away and do not get lured in bcoz of interest rates or offset accounts. Here are some things to watch for this conglomerate: 1. They operate 4 seperate businesses within one and you will be asked to deal with different departments🫡 2. Poor customer service (offshored) 3. Confusing products and duplication of apps 🫣 4. Lagging IT infrastructure - cannot even reset pwd online (joke ) 5. Rude maintenance staff. Won't be using Bluebay ever.
Possibly the most unorganised bank I have ever come across! They are so painful to deal with. Myself and partner were trying to refinance and they made it nearly impossible to do so! Dragged out settlement nearly 4 times!! They also send automatic emails saying they have a 4 day turn around to reply to emails…not sure what customer service you call that? I would not recommend this bank at all!!!! Wanted to give them a 0!
Terrible service. The loans officer [Kahlia] didn't know the requirements and we ended up giving three years of tax returns when only the last twelve months was needed. Go to another lender.
