I have attended two class and have found them to be more than worth the investment of time and money. They are at the very least a fun outdoor excursion while learning something new. I had the privilege of taking the Edible and Medicinal plants of the Sonoran Desert (Phoenix area) class. This was well worth my financial investment as the instructor is clear, humorous, and undoubtably an expert at his craft. If you want to understand ways to see beyond what you see, or simply spend the day in community and nature learning, this is the class for you. Thank you for a wonderful day and sharing your knowledge with me.
Having taken many native plant and foraging classes before, Tellur offers some of the greatest depth of knowledge for the best value and even has snacks sometimes. He lives and breathes this, always knows the good spots, teaches ethics and safety and presents the info in ways that are better retained. Would recommend to anyone with a passion for nature!
