The very best, family owned, small town grocery / health store. As locals, we couldn’t be more grateful for it. In fact we miss it when we visit family in the DFW area. The chain “cleaner” grocery stores like Whole Foods, sprouts or Trader Joe’s don’t have as good as products as Blue Water. To have such quality meat, clean and fresh organic produce while living in the middle of nowhere seems too good to be true. We love Blue Water!
Occasionally I deal with gout. Sigh! My cure is Knudson Pure Black Cherry juice. In the whole town of Alpine, Texas, this was the only place I could find it. The employee was very helpful and nice too. They were busy on this Sunday afternoon.

We visited Big Bend and drove from Western North Carolina for the holidays. Since we passed through Alpine, we needed to stop and grab snacks and essentials. We desperately wish we had a food shop like Blue Water in our hometown! They are very knowledgeable of health-conscious options and have a LARGE variety of almost anything you could want. Love this spot and little town!
