Disappointed with Service and Communication I brought my boat to Blue Water based on the turnaround time they quoted during the initial phone call. Unfortunately, that timeline turned out to be misleading. Once they had the boat, communication became nearly nonexistent. Getting updates on the repair status was frustrating — I had to physically stop by the shop just to get basic answers, and even then, no one seemed to know what was going on. Don't waste your time and money Nor should you trust Blue Water to keep your boat's wellness in check. I won't let them touch my boat never again. No qualified engine technicians to be found onsite. The gel coat repair is mediocre at best. Excuses...Excuses...Excuses....get ready for them.
Fantastic customer service. I dropped my boat off Tuesday morning. Jeremy (the tech) called me Wednesday mid-day, and we discussed what needed to be done. (200 hour service + a few things) I got a call Thursday that my boat was ready. I received a follow up call Friday morning to confirm I was coming to get it.
