No place is perfect. They are 99.99% . They listen ,they care, they go the mile with you and correct the little human mistakes with a smile . Visitors and family so welcome. So many activities. Rehab was uplifting and something to look forward to. Praying never have to go back,,,, BUT if I do it's in my phone .
Not a very good place to take someone you love.
Amazingly accommodating- the best place in the area for your loved ones. Erin in admissions was very informative and helpful- nurse carissa is very competent and caring. Would recommend ❤️
Wouldn't take my dog there!! My Mom was there until she passed. They kept her sitting in her own urine and she kept a urinary tract infection, one of her teeth was broken off to the gum and they let it get infected and when I went to the office to tell her case manager, she told me it was a behavioral problem. They over medicated her to the point that she was pretty much catatonic. Before she passed, my brother and I got the flu and had to take antibiotics so we didn't go there for almost a week as to not infect the patients... read more
Sincerity with the way they care for their residents. All staff never made me feel ashamed or less than during my entire stay. George and Michelle with therapy and CNA Crystal were always exceptional. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing that extra help to get back on their feer. Thank you Manor !!!
