The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is the corporate pricing structure. The local employees, field technicians, and customer service staff here are absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, helpful, and deeply rooted in the community. The frontline team deserves 5 stars all day long. However, Blue Valley's standalone internet pricing is completely out of alignment with the rest of the telecom industry. Well the few experience I have needed to have which have been very few in thr passed 20 years, we never have any issues but when we have they have been their like they waiting in our driveway!
