Bad business. I bought a silver & turquoise belt for a little over $50, 2 hours ago, and placed it on the floor of my car and it broke. It must have hit the center console as I got in the car. I went back for an exchange and I understand policy, but I thought they would make an exception given that it was a more expensive piece and had just happened.
