We purchased a 3 pillar fountain kit through Costco. We had issues with one of the pillars. I contacted Blue Thumb, explained the issue to Dalton. He said he would check to see what could be done. He got back quickly and our issue was successfully resolved. Great Fountain! Wonderful Customer Service! Thank You!!!
