Will, the mechanic there, is a great one. He's been around the valley for a long time. He really knows his stuff. I was a bike mechanic for many years back in my 20s and can appreciate someone who can rattle off what hubs are compatible with which which cassettes. He is the real deal. The owners are also very nice, as others have noted, they maintain a low key, no pressure non elitist environment.
