The person that took my reservation transposed the last 2 digits of my number. When I called to check on my reservation I was told that I didn’t answer the calls that he placed to my incorrect number. I explained that I received no calls. He rudely told me he would not be coming to pick us up.
Not only did Samuel do a fantastic job of getting our family around when we were in town for an upcoming cruise, he stayed late an extra hour to pick up my sister and our friend from the airport when their flights were coming in late. He stayed in communication with us so we could be assured that they had a ride to the hotel.
Still sitting at the cruise port an hour after our pickup time. No communication. When we call no one answers, recorded messages in Spanish only. No response to texts. This is a repeat performance of not picking us up at our hotel to drop off at the ship one week ago! Though we did EVENTUALLY get a text after we paid another service and were already on the ship! Waited 30 min then drove with him around the airport in circles until we were jam packed. Took over an hr to get to the hotel due to this. Erratic, jerky driving. Do NOT recommend!
Waited over an hour for a shuttle from the airport with my kiddo. Initially received a call from one driver, only to wait another 30 minutes. Received another call from a driver named Fritz. He was condescending, impatient, and was intent on talking to me as though I was dumb. I’m not. He proceeded to let me know that I was standing in the wrong place, though I was instructed by the hotel staff/dispatcher to wait in the location where I was. He also did not pick me up.
