3 times i made an appointment and today I was unable to find a carpark, 8mins late nobody in store to serve and I get told I have to reschedule? Admittedly i was a little late but with a quiet store and 2 workers doing nothing surely they could of done a quick test, ordered glasses and sent me on way..Never again will I waste my time.. So I walked around corner to specsavers and got seen to without needing appointment and better customer service too..
As someone who was getting glasses for the first time later in life, these guys were awesome. Patient, thorough, very professional and really friendly. I never felt pressured in the slightest and after I'd chosen my frames, I got my glasses within about 20 minutes. Having perfect vision again for reading is such a relief. Thanks!
I’ve been a customer of a different business for years and finally realised I wasn’t getting the results I needed in order to receive the best glasses possible. My son and I just had our first appointment at Blue Star Eyecare in Albury and we couldn’t be happier. Our new glasses arrived promptly and we are very happy with them.
