The customer service here is obviously not their strong point. Walked in looked around. Apparently we weren't dressed well enough or were just women who possibly couldn't afford one of their bikes. No one even barely looked at us let alone asked if we needed help!! Oh well lost a potential sales of 2 bikes. Going else where.
They have kept my bicycle for months while they are closed with 0 communication about when it may be retrieved. It has basically been stolen.
I don't know what to do. We dropped our daughter's e-bike off on 5/6/2025. They had to order parts and we were notified late in the day, Saturday, 5/24/2025 that it was done. Unfortunately, we couldn't get there before closing and we showed up Tuesday morning, 5/27/2025, the next time for them to be open only to have them be closed. This used to be my favorite shop—the only place I trusted. I recently placed an order and put money down just before they unexpectedly closed due to a tragic loss. I completely understand and sympathize with the situation, and I don’t fault them for needing to close. What I can’t understand is being left in the dark regarding existing, paid orders.
