I called Mike back in mid November and had a very nice conversation about putting new foam in our couch. After about 10 minutes he agreed to do the work and he explained to me that he was busy with a job so he would contact me in mid December to do the job. He never got back to me and I understand Christmas time is a very busy month so I waited till the first week of January and left him a message on his answering machine to return my call. We had our 2 waterfall wing chairs reupholstered and they are absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship. Dealing with Mike was a real pleasure. What a nice guy!! He stands behind his work, and no doubt we will enjoy our chairs for many more years.
