I was extremely disappointed with the service and communication at Blue Sky Endurance. I initially brought my bike in when no mechanic was available, so I was told someone would follow up with me. On August 10, a mechanic inspected the bike and quoted me the following: Rear derailleur: $35, plus $40 for installation New chain: $20, plus $20 for installation One bent spoke: $40 for repair and installation I was told the work would take approximately one week. Just wanted to share a great experience that we had at Blue Sky Endurance in the Park Bend plaza in NMtP! We ordered a pair of Kane’s online for my daughter, only to find the sizing was not what we expected. We saw that BSE stocked Kane’s so we went in to try some on for sizing. The young lady working at the register was incredibly helpful, pulling out 4 different sizes for my daughter to try. Anna was very helpful today. I came in to discuss solutions for my plantar fasciitis and she was very kind and explained what all I could try for relief. I did the foot scan, tried new insoles, socks and supportive shoe options. Glad I came in!👟

Fantastic experience getting running shoes today. Collin was not only knowledgeable but extremely friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with my new shoes after returning from my first run and posted the best time in over a year. I encourage you all to go check them out especially if Collin is at the store.
