Update... Just for confirmation and anyone reading. I have a video documentation of the event that has all audio of the event when I went to receive the refund and the so callled "client" was the owner or partner of the practitioners. He was not another client. Blatent lies going further to show. Look at other reviews. Amazing how similar anyone that wanTed group or couples massages were treated. ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the most uncomfortable and unsafe experiences I have ever had at a massage "business". My partner and I booked a couples massage well in advance. When we arrived, the appointment did not start on time. I was left waiting more than 30 minutes before my massage began, and my partner initially had no massage therapist assigned at all. Went in for a couples foot reflexology. Supposed to be for 60 minutes. Might have been 30 minutes tops after all the interruptions. Not very relaxing. Left more frustrated than anything
Amazing massage from a kind and welcoming woman. The seed treatment worked amazingly and I had a great first experience getting my first ever massage along with being relieved for the first time of over a year of pain. Would definitely come again, Rosie is a wonderful practitioner!
