How do you expect to keep a good clientell when you can't allow your employees to make mistakes? You are pathetic. I had hope for this company, and was about to roll over and IRA through this bank, but you can't allow new employees to make simple mistakes. No wonder why no one wants to work in this country. You are part of the problem.

Literally couldn’t recommend enough that you stay away from the way they do things nowadays. Rude tellers that think they’re somebody and new rules at this bank that have changed the hometown feel.
The tellers are why I bank here. I have so much trouble with the app and transaction clearing at wonky times so I'm not in love with their computer systems/ tech involved in banking. I do stay with them even without the multiple technical problems I've had because the customer facing staff is wonderful. Give them all a big fat raise. They deserve it.
