HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a ********************** hair removal package for the ** location, they closed without notice and will not refund. I have over half of a YEAR package left and losing over $100. Had Venmo payment as part of scam and will not refund on request.
BEWARE OF SCAM!! Unfortunately got scammed. I purchased a package and the Norwalk location closed before I was able to use all the sessions. Since I was not able to finish the sessions, I lost all of my hair removal progress. Blue Skin Laser refuses to refund me. Laser hair removal is not cheap, so lost all the money I put into this business
