I had a wonderful 7-day Panchakarma retreat here. The program was deeply personalized and so healing, set on a beautiful and almost sacred property. Pema and Ragaia are thoughtful, intuitive, and professional, which made the whole experience feel supportive and transformative. Whether you’re looking to relax in nature or focus on a specific healing goal, this is a truly special place.
A truly beautiful and peaceful retreat. I did Panchakarma here and had a wonderful experience. I came in with some health issues, and now I feel so much better—lighter, more energized, and balanced. Third time coming here! I can't say enough except you will be pampered, loved and cared for ! It is life changing! I went for walks and nature they have a huge amount of acres to walk in. They also have a wonderful lake and are building on it as well ! They have a huge array of books and magazines, a meditation building and many decks for you to sit outside on! I had an exceptional experience at Blue Sage Ayurveda. Ragaia and Pema are an excellent team and I was cared for so beautifully during my week-long stay. The property is stunning and so peaceful. It was a perfect rejuvenating week!
