A truly beautiful and peaceful retreat. I did Panchakarma here and had a wonderful experience. I came in with some health issues, and now I feel so much better—lighter, more energized, and balanced. Ragaia and Pema are both incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and caring. Third time coming here! I can't say enough except you will be pampered, loved and cared for ! It is life changing! I went for walks and nature they have a huge amount of acres to walk in. They also have a wonderful lake and are building on it as well ! They have a huge array of books and magazines, a meditation building and many decks for you to sit outside on! I had an exceptional experience at Blue Sage Ayurveda. Ragaia and Pema are an excellent team and I was cared for so beautifully during my week-long stay. The property is stunning and so peaceful. It was a perfect rejuvenating week!
