These good people are a credit to their profession. Each and every person we dealt with while navigating the minutiae of buying our first house we found to be diligent, personable, knowledgeable, communicative and attentive to every detail. This is who you're looking for. They've earned my families trust and gratitude and I have no doubt that they will do right by you as well. I am grateful to call the valley my home and grateful still that these folks helped make that happen.

Thanks so much to Rebecca and Blue Ridge Settlement Services for their help during closing on my first home! Due to multiple issues (all caused by my bank), the dates/times for finalizing and sending my approval packet through were either pushed back or missed with no explanation provided by the bank. Feeling very much in the dark, Rebecca was the only one who made the effort to stay in constant communication with me, providing updates so that I was aware of where things stood along the way.
