They did call back, showed up on time, and they did install the tv. Watch out for their minimum charges. They charged 4 hours for 2 hours of work. Definitely not worth it.

Rodney responded right away when i started my search for a home theater system. He came to our place, was very helpful on making suggestions for the best options for my home. The installation and result of working with Rodney and his team has been very satisfying.

Wow! Rodney and his team of installers were informed, experienced, and very customer oriented! I got the right solution for my home, it was installed quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Then provided a short test and tutorial on the systems. Great customer service, and reasonably priced. I'd hire them again in a minute!

I have had the pleasure of Rodney and his team installing a security camera system at my home . Despite the many challenges that the project had , BRMCH installed an absolutely fantastic system and I couldn't be more pleased. The few times that I have called in for service because a camera was down or as most recently Lightening took out some of the equipment, Rodney came out and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this company.

Rodney and Brian did an awesome job in our new home. Setting up the three TVs on stone fireplace walls and then putting in the SONO units for complete home sound was exactly what we wanted. Not only were they helpful in recommendations and setup, they followed through on time and exactly as planned... From networking the speakers, installing the equipment room as neatly as they did, setting the TVs up and getting everything to work seamlessly and easily was what we needed and wanted.
