efficient thorough and friendly
Friendly, knowledgable, clear in communicating what is causing trouble and how to fix it. They provide 7 brands of hearing aids covered by insurance. I'm so glad I chose them.
Had a 6 mo check-in and cleaning. It took only 20 minutes and Sam fixed my hearing aide that wasn't working properly and also updated my hearing aides. She's the best!
Great service excellent staff. Good follow up. Always willing to see you for extra coaching on how to get the most from your aides. Highly recommended
