Sam was caring, careful, resourceful and persistent, with her assistant, to gather a good history, render the care I needed, and get a referral for medical follow-up. I look forward to seeing her again in the future. FYI, AARP United Healthcare Advantage plan has added new hoops to jump through for referrals, Causing delay in care. Very not cool.
Always a good experience at the Hearing Center. They are friendly, professional, and supportive.
