I'm not sure what's up with this place. I went in recently and they quoted me $400 to fix my gears (cassette issue, etc.). $400?! The bike cost me $600. The people were nice enough about it, but I went to Carytown Bicycle for a second opinion. They fixed it for $160. They also did it within 24 hours. Blue Ridge took days to get back to me with an estimate, then left me a message late on Saturday so when I called back, no one was there.
