I'm not sure what's up with this place. I went in recently and they quoted me $400 to fix my gears (cassette issue, etc.). $400?! The bike cost me $600. The people were nice enough about it, but I went to Carytown Bicycle for a second opinion. They fixed it for $160. They also did it within 24 hours. Blue Ridge took days to get back to me with an estimate, then left me a message late on Saturday so when I called back, no one was there. Highly Recommend! You can 100% rely on these guys to fix your bike the right way the first time! I had some bad experience at other local shops with two of my bikes on multiple occasions. I then brought my bikes here and didn't have a single problem. They were honest about their prices and honest about the things that needed to be done vs the things that I could get away with not fixing. They are not close to my house or work but I will make the drive here rather than trusting anyone else because I know it will be done right... read more
I went to three bike stores while looking for an ebike. These guys were by far the most service-oriented and conscientious. I appreciate all of the time they gave me while I shopped, test drove, and asked questions. Top notch!

One of the best bike shops! Needed help with my bike. They explained it could be an expensive fix, explained why, and that it may take a few days. However, Bryan proceeded to stop what he was doing, work on my bike as we spoke, and made it so that it was an inexpensive fix. Had it back the next day. This is my new bike shop! Thanks!!
