Brought my Cannondale Topstone in for a stripped thru axle. They cleaned the threads enough to make it rideable which I appreciated. However the communication throughout was poor — prepaid for special order parts on 4/2, had to call myself on 4/10 for a status update after zero contact, and was then hit with an additional $11.66 at pickup that was never disclosed upfront. My favorite bike shop in RVA! The whole staff is amazing especially Brandon - bike fits, Bryan - manager, and Drew - amazing mechanic. This is the only place I take my Tarmac SL8 now. I've had several upgrades done on the bike here and the quality of work and the knowledge of the staff is the best!
