I went to three bike stores while looking for an ebike. These guys were by far the most service-oriented and conscientious. I appreciate all of the time they gave me while I shopped, test drove, and asked questions. Top notch!

One of the best bike shops! Needed help with my bike. They explained it could be an expensive fix, explained why, and that it may take a few days. However, Bryan proceeded to stop what he was doing, work on my bike as we spoke, and made it so that it was an inexpensive fix. Had it back the next day. This is my new bike shop! Thanks!!
I cannot recommend Blue Ridge Cyclery enough. After buying a bike off of FB marketplace, they helped this novice cyclist with many questions, repairs, and packing my bike for my race in Texas. Because of them, I had the tools to accomplish my goal- becoming an Ironman. They are knowledgable, friendly, and professional. They were partners in my journey and I can't thank them enough. You'll benefit from their expertise too.
Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. I had a pre-boxed cruiser that I ordered online and need to be assembled. Blue Ridge gave me a quote far less than rest of the stores. They also assembled the bicycle within two days.
