I want to express my appreciation to Kim Parker and her team at Blue Ridge Cyclery for the excellent customer service provided during a recent e-mountain bike and trailer hitch bike rack purchase. They initially provided good technical information for the bike and hitch for comparison. Then they provided a demo bike and Kim let me borrow her personal trailer hitch bike rack so I could try out the bike and rack. The bike and hitch were a hit.
