Trash scam of a bank. Venmo came out of the wrong account. Told them not to pay it. The following week the paid it anyways. Now I’m -$92. They charge you to decline charges for insufficient funds. This is why I switched to Sofi. Nadine was completely unhelpful and caused more issues by allowing me to pay the same person twice from 2 different banks! Canceling this account ASAP. Been with the company for 15 years. The only good employee is Maude.
Management is terrible at this location. No help provided by this team.
