My favorite bank around Kansas City. Always freindly tellers and a manager at this location that takes the time to do what the customer needs. I highly recommend them for your banking needs
So much to say but here's where all start for all consumers considering this bank. They process debits before credits to accounts so you will go into the negative all of the time, and they will charge you a $30 fee every single time that happens. If your account balance drops to a perfect $0 they will close your account at midnight. It doesn't matter if you have any pending transactions or any pending credits coming in it's an instant closure of an account. Very bad experience. I waited for the notary for two hours with my two babies and the notary never arrived. I do not recommend this notary in this location because he wastes your time just because he's the owner and doesn't show up for his work hours. Extremely irresponsible.
