Love the staff!
Love the bank and people that work there. However there hours are ridiculous. Most people are still working at 4pm and can not get there before they close and the drive thru is not even open after 4pm and no deposits available thru the ATM.
Great Staff helps with whatever they can
I’ve had nothing but problems with this bank. Ridiculous hours , inability to activate cards after waiting well over 2 weeks for it, my account getting frozen for no reason, 3 days for my direct deposit to be processed, it’s pitiful. The only good I can say about this bank is at my local location, the lady’s are very friendly. The help desk at the 800 number on the other hand, not at all. Save yourself the trouble and headache and go with a bigger bank or credit union.
