Good folks and service levels. I set up a small business account. The process was simple and Kiara was super helpful in selecting the right level of account and all setup. Online banking has been effective so far, although I don't do a lot of volume transactions.
Never had a bad situation, always extremely friendly and helpful. I've dealt with several banks over the years, and I would rank them as one of the best as far as my needs go.
