Fees are high. It took more effort than necessary for my husband to close his account. He recently accidentally sent a PayPal transfer to this now-closed account, and not only would we have to drive 3 hours to pick up the check to get the money back-- they already removed $400 worth of fees for having sent the money to a closed account. That's ridiculous. So happy my husband was forced by the distance to close that account and open one at a bank closer to where we live now. The people that work at this Montross branch are friendly and profession. This bank has always been helpful.
I love banking here. Everyone is friendly and professional. I just received a much-appreciated phone call from them clearing up some previously unresolved business, and it made my day!
The worst bank in the world. Unorganized and extremely poor service. Never open, and hard to deal with. Do not use them
