started my account at this branch in 2016 when I first opened my business one of the worst decisions I have made as a business owner no matter where you call you will be connected to the call center. We Sierra will be rude and disrespectful to you and not solve any of your issues been having issues since October and it is yet to be fixed. Greeted at entering Bank. Small Town Bank focused on Customer Service. Staff makes you feel welcome. Not like larger brick and mortar banks, where long lines and wait times to see someone are the norm. Has wheelchair access, handicap parking. and drive through. Staff is Customer Service minded first, friendly, well versed on account options. Only negatives are it, closes at 2:00 pm M-F and has no Saturday hours.
