Amazing and lovely team
Once again I go to make a deposit and I'm asked about my occupation. Its the same as it was 6 months ago and the last 23 years for that matter. Eventually I'll stop putting up with this bs and move my account to another bank. Look at your reviews, this branch is a problem. BTW...my wife typically does the deposits and the tellers have never asked her about her occupation or to show ID when making deposits. 🤔
You get less for more at Blue Ridge. Like others have said, secondary accounts will be suddenly closed on you here. The rates are insanely high on loans, insanely low on savings. Customer service is atrocious. You have to pay for your checkbook. If you can switch to a credit union and save yourself the headache then do it.
