The only reason I joined BRB was because of the Jackpot Savings. They did away with it and without giving me options, they put me in another in which I had to keep $300 in, or I would be charged a service fee. No problem. I kept $300 in it and was still charged a service fee not once, but twice. Secondly, I received a phone call about potential fraud purchases made with my debit card. I told them that I did not authorize them, but they made me pay them along with an overdraft fee anyway. Never again.
