This bank has really gone downhill. I’ve been a loyal customer of the original Bank of Lancaster for over 25 years, and it’s disappointing to see what it has become. There’s only one branch open on Saturdays — and it doesn’t even open on time. The ATMs are outdated, and they’ve removed the one that allowed deposits, forcing customers to use a drop box instead.
