I had an excellent experience with Tera. She has a very warm and soothing personality and made me very comfortable, on top of giving me an amazing massage. She also educated me on some stretches and other things I could do to work on my problem areas. I definitely recommend her!

James Whittle helped me overcome a chronic shoulder problem. I was an acupuncture novice...had been to an MD and through a course of PT. I believe the treatment plan he designed promoted healing that helped my body repair what had been a very painful situation. I would not hesitate to tell anyone, experienced with acupuncture or not, that Blue Ridge is excellent and they should definitely try it.
