Today Andrés delivered my newly purchased Schiller S1 Waterbike. I would like to congratulate Andrés for his exceptional service. He not only travelled over an hour each way to deliver the water bike personally but spent nearly 2 hours unpacking, setting up the bike, oiling it and giving advice and showing me how to use and look after it. He patiently answered every question I had. I found him to be extremely respectful, pleasant, enthusiastic about his love of the bike and very helpful.
