I recently discovered Lambert & Hope while browsing for dishware, and they have a wonderful selection of curated home goods. My dishware arrived properly packaged, but upon arrival I noticed a small chip on the bottom of one of the plates. I emailed customer service, and they took care of it right away and promptly sent a replacement. I would definitely shop with them again. Their level of customer service is truly outstanding. Great products and even better customer service.
Beautifully curated store. I found a lot of things I was interested in until nature called & I sadly discovered they don’t allow customers to use their restroom. Maybe in the future they’ll get that worked out!
4/12/26 visit: Amazing space and high quality products but the staff were cold and unwelcoming. I waited at the checkout counter for at least a minute before someone came to assist and accept my money. The woman who finally came to check me out was on a phone call the whole time and barely said anything to me due to being more preoccupied with her call. I would’ve spent a lot more money today at the shop if the staff was more attentive and welcoming.
Every item in this store has been tastefully curated…from the CO Bigelow toothbrushes to the furniture - perfection can’t wait to visit again soon!
Great to do business with. I recently want to purchase a 9 tins of Campbell's Perfect Tea. (Best strong tea I have found) They had limited stock available so I called to find out when they would have more. They quickly re-ordered enough for my order, extended the Black Friday sale discount and quickly shipped it to me. Very responsive and great communication. Thank you Chris and everyone at L&H
