This place is not a place for your love one my grandmother was here for a 1 year and couple months and I'm that short time I have had serval problems with first off they do not have phone there for the residents just for them they will never let you speak to your loved ones and they will never tell them you even called to check on them the food is terrible to the point I'm was curious on why my grandmother didn't want to eat it so I tasted it myself spit it out it was serval times I went the rooms are dirty TV don't work and... read more
Only 1 tv in a double room!!!! It’s hard enough to be in a center like this, but then to not be able to watch any tv through all the long hours is awful!!! Friends “horror mate” monopolizes the tv the entire time watching horror movies and bullies my friend. Absolutely no intervention by staff. Stay away from this place. Has to better better facilities out there!!
Blue Point Healthcare Center needs to be completely restaffed, from the Director of Nursing to the CNA's that walk through the halls disrespect the very people that are the reasons they have jobs. That's not for all the employees but there are some who are making it bad for the patients. I have taken my concerns to the right department leaders & even contacted MD Department of Health's Office of Health Care Quality. Things feel like they have honestly gotten worse. As a healthcare professional with experience in multiple facilities, I must express deep concern regarding the conditions at Bluepoint Healthcare System. The environment is consistently unsanitary, unsafe, and below the standard of care required for vulnerable residents. The facility shows clear signs of neglect at an institutional level.
