Always knowledgeable, friendly, extremely helpful, and not pushy! Lovely people own this place and so are the people they employ. If you’re new to running, don’t feel intimidated to go in and ask them any questions you have. Really nice to shop local.
Blue Ox suggestions and recommendations have been spot on. I got trail running shoes (Altras) and regular running shoes (Hokas) that have been performant and comfortable. Running the Afton Trail Run 25K on July 5, 2025 was an experience. It was rainy and muddy. It was my first hilly trail run, my second overall trail run (first one was only 12.5k) shoes performed extremely well. People were sliding all over the place. I did not. I had great traction throughout the entire race. I am looking forward to future runs with them!
Corbin was a huge help and quickly found me the perfect shoe based on my preferences. He listened and was knowledgeable. They also offer military and educator discount.
