I arrived around 3:00 and left around 3:30 on Saturday 12/21. I wanted to give a huge thank you to the super friendly gentleman with the blue baseball cap, white sweater, and blue pants. He was incredibly helpful and helped me pick out a nice beanie for my mother for Christmas. Sorry I didn’t get his name! He was awesome!
The customer service I got from this business was outstanding! Its hard to find good customer service over the phone these days. Somehow my order got mixed up, with the wrong size hat but without hesitation they decided to send out the correct size with a return label! Who does that?! Normally, you'd have to return the item first before being able to make an exchange. I really appreciate them taking a leap of faith and being proactive.
