Booked in for an hour massage at 11 am but when I got there the lady said “no, 45”. When I explained I had a booking she just kept barking “45” at me. Not happy. Be aware that the person who answers the phone and makes the booking does not have access to the diary, so you may not actually be booked in at the time and for the length of time you requested.
Very good massage, very polite, will come again
