They really don’t deserve even a single rating. I called them up. They never asked my name or any details to book the time. Verbally said to come at 12 PM first today. They called again and changed the time to 1 PM. I was all set to go at 1 PM and around 12:15 PM the lady called me and saying you are 15 minutes late. According to her, I am still supposed to be there at 12 PM even though she called and changed the time to 1PM. Price was 70, made me wait in the room for so long and i dont even know if they are including my stay in the room to the 1hr service, the room was warm and not cool. There wasnt even a slipper available. Front desk didnt communicate anything with me and just told me price and where to stay, not how long do i have to wait inside. Masseuse came and from 1 star now 4 star, very good service, clean, beautiful, and painfully good, but poor English.
