Neil transformed our 130 y.o. family heirloom bookcase from a very distressed piece to an item of beauty and pride. We knew it could be difficult for him to give a quote in advance that would be fair to all parties because of the unpredictable demands of the job. Our trust was well placed when his invoice was more than reasonable. As well as professional skill Neil provided efficient, courteous service.
Great service - was quoted an amount and timing to refinish a side table which I was very happy with - got a call a week earlier than I expected and when I went to pick it up was told that I needed to pay less than I was quoted as it didn't take as long as was expected - you don't see that very often anymore - true tradesman
