I am giving a one star review because of the Head Office and Management team at BMM. It has taken us 2 years to write this review, but I don't want other families to experience what we did. Both my parents resided at BMM starting in 2014, but after my Mom needed more care we moved her to another home. Dad remained there without incident until the fall of 2021. My Mom passed away on Sept. 18th and within a week we could see a change in our Dad. The family stepped in and started helping, we were helping the nurses get him down... read more
