John transitions you from reality to a deep meditation through his soothing voice and with a mix of different sounds, he also provides reiki during his meditations. I have gone 3 times and the last full moon ceremony meditation sound healing session, which was at 5pm really set the tone for the week. I’ve left all the negativity in the past and started the week on a positive note and three days into the week I am still feeling positive and am feeling great overall! Thank you John! I’ll be back for more sessions!

I had the pleasure of joining John's mid-week meditation + reiki healing session. It was exactly what I needed that evening and I am looking forward to joining him again this Sunday.
