I've been to Bodyworks a few times, always leave feeling better then when I arrived! Gretchen is very attentive and intuitive, listens to how the body responds and focuses on the areas that need the most work. Better than a typical massage, it truly is bodywork, I highly recommend getting treatment from Gretchen!
