This review is regarding the customer service and integrity of Blue Lion Express due to their lack of willingness to accept responsibility for damage caused by one of their trucks. Last week, I was driving southbound on 435 when a Blue Lion truck entered from Holiday Drive. I was in the fast lane and began to pass when I noticed the truck’s tarp was not secured.
