I’ve been using them since 2021 with no problems but this years taxes were an absolute disaster. Despite submitting all my paperwork by March 11th and flagging I had complexities with my submission this year and I wanted to discuss the situation by call or in person meeting, Jeff did not respond back (other than to lie for weeks that “it would be done in a few days”) until 11:30pm on April 14th.
