I used Jeff for my 2018 and 2019 taxes, simple single-person filings, for which I thought he had done a good job. Then, this January, I was surprised when I logged into my IRS account and found out it was never filed. Since then, I have called and emailed him multiple times. I’ve been using them since 2021 with no problems but this years taxes were an absolute disaster. Despite submitting all my paperwork by March 11th and flagging I had complexities with my submission this year and I wanted to discuss the situation by call or in person meeting, Jeff did not respond back (other than to lie for weeks that “it would be done in a few days”) until 11:30pm on April 14th. Horrible held my taxes never replied to my calls and emails. And going I’ve this last year taxes were done wrong ! Never again
