Nana is an incredibly professional massage therapist with excellent skills, and the customer service is always warm and professional. Not a good experienceÂ
Avoid this place- very rude staff especially the lady Mimi or miniee donât know how to talk. I wonât come back again, the owner seems to be nice but this lady no good. Donât know how to massage too very soft despite telling do firm. Donât go!!!Â
!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Owner is very rude, unprofessional & confrontational. I went there multiple times, but on the last time it was very bad (as it was owner). I gave constructive feedback after the massage: 1. Massage was very light (I asked over 3 times for more pressure) could barely feel it. 2. Spent ~45 minutes on my back and barely any time on anything else (I had to say to stop on the back twice!) 3. I gave cash and nearly didn't get change back until I asked for it.
