Not a legitimate business. Does not complete work anywhere close to the indicated lead times. See the many complaints on BBB that are unanswered and the well-earned “F” rating. I never got the pages of my book back as ordered. He should take his website down if he is unable to deliver work as indicated, or simply does not care to do the work.

This is a legitimate business. It’s very easy to question whether it’s not, especially based on the Google image. That being said, the actual end result is good, and I found the communication pretty responsive. Now if you need the service quickly that is where I’d say they have opportunity. Did a rush, came out to my expectations and within the timeframe. They noted artifacts on a few pages. Took awhile to find them even zoomed in, unless you know where it is at, it is unnoticeable. word conversion on my manual was hit or miss. That was expected as its more a field manual than a typical manual. The PDF was what I needed.

Send in the book with Rush order which was supposed to take less than a week. Haven't heard back anything over 5 weeks despite repeated emails and phone calls. Looks like the shutdown their business!!!

Sent the book in, paid 32 dollars extra for rush delivery. Called for updates on the order, no answer. Emailed them for an update on the order, no response. That was almost 2 months ago... Don't use this service, folks. You're wasting your book, your time, and your money. Give it to charity instead.
