Did a rush, came out to my expectations and within the timeframe. They noted artifacts on a few pages. Took awhile to find them even zoomed in, unless you know where it is at, it is unnoticeable. word conversion on my manual was hit or miss. That was expected as its more a field manual than a typical manual. The PDF was what I needed.
Send in the book with Rush order which was supposed to take less than a week. Haven't heard back anything over 5 weeks despite repeated emails and phone calls. Looks like the shutdown their business!!!
Sent the book in, paid 32 dollars extra for rush delivery. Called for updates on the order, no answer. Emailed them for an update on the order, no response. That was almost 2 months ago... Don't use this service, folks. You're wasting your book, your time, and your money. Give it to charity instead.
Sent books that belonged to my client to these guys and received an email saying "shipment received" on March 28, 2025. That email claimed worse case for non destructive scanning was 12 business days. It is now June 2, 2025, we have sent multiple emails, and left multiple voice mails, and even sent text messages. This guys Don O'Daniel, runs this thing out of his house, and uses a cell phone and gmail for his contact. He doesn't answer either, he doesn't respond. I placed my order on- line with Blue Leaf Book Scanning on 5-31-24. I mailed my mom’s book on 6-1-24. Blue Leaf Book Scanning received her book on 6-4-24. My order was completed and my searchable PDF, Word document, PDF indexing, Premium Scanning, Rush Order, and my files on a DVD which is being mailed back to me with my moms book The Closet Experience was finished on 6-6-24!
